The Controller does not transfer data outside the EEA as a rule.

Exceptions arise from the nature of the service (e.g. domain registration in registries outside the EEA or operated by international organisations). In such cases, the Controller ensures an adequate level of protection through standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms compliant with GDPR.
